Can you tell us a little about yourself and your background?
My name is Kapil, I am an easy going person, I love to travel and go on long drives and visit the mountains. I am also a family man and a foodie.
What inspired you to pursue a career in your field?
It was natural transition due to my analytic reasoning and consulting mindset of always searching for the problem statement and then working towards solution.
Can you share a proud moment or accomplishment in Spider AF so far?
Its too early for any accomplishment but getting feedback about my work so far makes me quite proud of my efforts being recognized within the organization.
What’s a fun fact about you that many people may not know?
My affinity towards Astrology.
How do you like to spend your weekends or time off?
Like to spend my weekends with family scouting new places within UAE over long drives + mountains.
How would you describe the culture at Spider AF?
Open and transparent, together as a close knit family helping each other and creating value for our customers every day.
Where is the best place you have visited?
New Zealand - the entire country is just amazing.
What is the best career lesson you have learned so far?
Patience, self belief & keep working hard - success will come to you
